Terms & Conditions


  1. No minimum order is required to order our products. But we charge $8 for orders under $100.

  2. All product prices listed on our website are in US Dollars. And all prices are excluding shipping costs, insurance, and import duties that may be charged when you receive an order in your country.

  3. Covering orders with insurance is not mandatory, but we expect you to always cover each of your orders with insurance. Our system will calculate insurance costs automatically. And customers simply tick the check box that we provide at the payment step.
    We do not provide any compensation for orders that are not covered by insurance.
    Compensation for loss and damage in delivery depends on the policies of each Courier Service Company and the type of service used. The compensation refers to the Warsaw International convention, "Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air".

  4. Registered postal service is a low-cost service, therefore, we do not provide compensation for loss and damage even if your order is covered by insurance.
    Compensation for loss and damage for orders sent via Registered Post that are covered by insurance, is only provided for a return of shipping costs and insurance costs.

  5. The sizes listed on each item on our website page are approximate..
    Most of our products are handmade, so it is difficult to maintain a consistent size over each production period. The items you will receive may vary slightly, but will try to keep the consistency as close as possible.

  6. International shipments may be subject to import duties and tax levies once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient, we do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

  7. All of our online payments are processed by 2Checkout.con, Inc. and PayPal which have a high level security system.
    We do not collect information about your credit card or payment data. Please do not send your credit card information via email.

  8. While we always keep a large range of stock, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at all times.
    All of our items are handmade products, therefore sometimes we have a delay in the production process.

  9. If your order quantity exceeds the stock available on our website, please contact us by email to: sales@bali-beads.com.
    Maybe the stock items you want to order are stored offline or are in the production process.

  10. If you receive your order damaged, you may return the merchandise back to us no longer than 7 days upon received date and your payment would be refunded in full amount.
